How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum spend required.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us at support@kindoreshop.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. If you're not happy with your purchase, email us at support@kindoreshop.com with your order number.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email support@kindoreshop.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our fulfilment partners. All orders are quality checked before dispatch.
