Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 6–10 working days from dispatch. Please note this is an estimate — delivery may occasionally be slightly faster or slower depending on courier handling, location, and seasonal demand.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated timelines, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@kindoreshop.com and we'll look into it for you.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not able to redirect orders once dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
