Returns

We want you to love what you ordered from Kindore. If you're not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including pierced jewellery, and any items marked as final sale.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return window extends beyond this minimum to give you extra time.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@kindoreshop.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us at support@kindoreshop.com with photos and your order number, and we'll put it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.
